The Cellier d’Eguilles, founded in 1923 by a band of local growers, are based in the beautiful village of Eguilles 10 km east of Aix-en-Provence. For several generations, those same growers have been making lovely rosés almost exclusively for the French market. Their rosés have never before been seen in the UK until we started importing them this month. Their vineyards are some of the highest above sea level in Provence and are noted for making premium pale rosés with flavours and freshness.
