Pinot Noir is an extremely delicate, challenging grape to cultivate, yet one that goes into some of the finest, most elegant wines in the world. Champagne Guillleminot Brut Tradition is 100% Pinot Noir, and famous for its exquisite aromas, sensual palate, and very fine mousse. Our 12-hectare vineyard is located in the beautiful hilly valley of the Côte des Bar in the south-eastern quarter of Champagne, where terroir for Pinot is perfect. It was my parents Michel and Colette who decided to plant this vineyard solely with the famous varietal. Looking back now, my sister Corinne, brother Patrice and I couldnt be more grateful for their choice!
