There's a lovely, delicate, pale pink colour in the glass with a medley of summer red-berry fruit on the nose and a hint of spice.
The palate is elegant and fresh with ripe red berries; raspberries, red currant and a hint of cherry all in the mix with the lovely, almost creamy, brioche texture which I find reminiscent of Nyetimber's Classic Cuvée and thoroughly enjoy.
The finish is silky smooth, lengthy and dry. Just perfect.
I make no secret of my enthusiasm for this superb producer, these wines really are world-class.
Do as I do and keep a bottle or two of this delicious sparkling rosé chilled and ready for immediate action. It will impress without fail.
