Saint-Veran lies just to the south of the much more expensive Pouilly-Fuissé, in the view of many, the finest appellation of the Mâconnais. The late, great Auberon Waugh wrote of it as being great white Burgundy on the cheap: “when you find a good one, buy lots of it at once”.
Made by just six members of two southern Mâconnais families who have worked this land now for more than a hundred years, this is a honeyed, 100% Chardonnay with hints of tropical fruit beautifully balanced by the dryness and minerality of its limestone subsoil. We all love this and think you will too.

There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
