Blanc de Blancs, Domaine de la Jasse, Languedoc 2023
This delicious white is a blend of unoaked chardonnay and viognier grapes - an increasingly popular blend in the Languedoc. Orchard fruits dominate the nose, following on to the palate where the focus is on its wonderful purity and concentration of creamy, zippy, zesty, unoaked citrus fruit. On the finish, aromatic viognier gives added length and depth, with delightful nutty, floral and honeyed nuances. One for the summer.

Good value this wine has a an impressive balance of fruit and silky dry finish .
An outstanding wine and good valie for money.
Lovely clean, crisp taste
dry with a touch of herbs and apricots, similar to a good quality chenin
An excellent everyday white wine and good value. Medium weight, dry with peachy flavour and a bit of lemony aftertaste. Very pleasant as a summer aperitif.
