In the glass, an enticing, silvery gold shimmer from where aromas of exotic stone fruit, pear, citrus, melon and hints of toasted hazelnut aromas effortlessly surge.
On the palate, fruit-forward and bright as a button, showing a beautiful balance of fruit and texture with warming flourishes. Fresh, orchard-fruit flavours evolve into yellow peach, delicate toasty, nuttiness, and freshening citrus notes.
Its time resting French oak is reflected in the creamy, buttery palate feel that is articulately framed by a steely streak of citrus 'zing' which in turn energises and cleanses the palate.
Captured here is a thrilling balance of a warm 2022's opulence with a true, steely minerality to bring great vibrancy and freshness to the palate.
All in all, a wine to really savour. Sip, then allow time for the flavours and textures to unfurl; when every post-tasting breath on the impressively lengthy, dry finish reveals a heightened deliciousness.
