Summer in Leicestershire has arrived and we now eat and entertain outside in our garden (in the shade). We grow all our own vegetables and fruit which after the rain and sun, and with fresh seafood from Cromer and Lincolnshire sausages, is far more than we can eat ourselves but it deserves to be washed down with really good wine.
